Bobby Jean is a native of the Wilmington area. She attended the area's schools and graduated from UNC-Wilmington. She also served as a Social Worker (14 years) in the foster care system and continues to volunteer in programs that help make Wilmington the best place to live. She strongly believes in treating others the way she would like to be treated and handles her customers needs with the utmost honesty and respect. She is the mother of two sons, one who served in the Army and one who is attending college.
