I am Real Estate Broker in beautiful Wilmington, NC. After graduating from UNC-Wilmington, I was not only able to fulfill my goal in finding a career that I love, but also stay in the amazing city in which I called home during college.

In addition to the historical downtown district, which consists of impressive Victorian architecture, we have the Cape Fear River bordering the West and the ocean on the East. Wilmington can be distinctly described as one of the most beautiful locations in the South, often referred to as a diverse water-oriented community. It is often why many people, including myself, call the “Port City” home.

Over the past several years, the real estate market has seen dramatic changes, and Wilmington’s market was no different. As recent data has shown, the Wilmington market has made a steady recovery and has everyone excited. Although buyers may be hesitant to re-enter the market, I find myself building upon the advice that my father has lived by for the past 37 years, “the best way to build personal wealth is through real estate investment.”

Born and raised in Virginia, I was brought up in a real estate family. From the early exposure to a successful Property Investment and Management company, I was able to find my passion and affinity for Real Estate. With the hands on experience in Real Estate I gained from my family, I plan on utilizing this knowledge to further the goals and objectives of my clients.
