Ben Eisenberg, a native of Greensboro NC, grew up spending his summers vacationing and visiting family at Wrightsville Beach NC. From an early age he knew the area was very special. From the time he can remember, he’s had an interest in business and real estate. In 2002, Ben decided to pursue his dream of becoming a business owner, and moved to Wilmington where he has owned and operated several businesses. He obtained his real estate license in 2011, and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. He is one of a few Realtors, that has the knowledge and expertise to aggressively market properties through the internet; where 87% of home buyers start their search. Ben has brokered a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions in New Hanover and Brunswick county. Currently, he is working on several new subdivisions. He specializes in new home sales and land development as well as investment properties. Ben has extensive experience working with builders and developers including: site selection, market research, project design, planning, zoning, and developing marketing plans. In 2011, he was awarded the “Rising Star” designation as well as “Top Sales and Listing Agent.” He is also a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, and attends many city and county meetings.
