Jonathan Swanson

I moved to Wilmington in 1995 to attend UNC-Wilmington. After graduating in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Management I continued to live and work in Wilmington.

In order to pursue my interest in real estate, in 2004 I left the corporate world of the healthcare industry to follow my entrepreneurial spirit and dedicate myself to local real estate. I am an active real estate investor. I have long-term and short term rentals. I buy, fix and sell houses. Also involved in single and multi-family new construction and development. I enjoy working with individuals and families buying and selling homes in the greater Wilmington area.

I've worked with many real estate investors in the Wilmington area. I was a Board Member of the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investment Association from 2006-2012. The CCREIA exists to teach people basic principles in real estate investing. It is one of the best places in the area to learn about investment real estate.
