Brett Weaver
Splitting her time between Ohio and North Carolina, Brett has permanently returned to be a full-time Broker/Realtor in the Greater Wilmington area. Having watched the area grow in size and popularity since childhood, Brett has witnessed just how much the area has changed and embraces its greatness and growth. Home is where the heart rings true for Brett as she desired to return to the area for many years, bringing back with her 2 wonderful sons. Brett resides in Hampstead and loves ANY place water-related, whether that be the beach, the river, or nearby lakes.
Brett brings an invaluable and unique perspective to her clients having learned the business as a real estate office manager/administrator before obtaining her sales license in Ohio in 2013. Brett operates from the vantage point of understanding the complete real estate transaction cycle from inception to close, affording her clients a seamless experience. In addition, Brett’s 8 years as a social worker and counseling professional makes her sympathetic to the human and emotional aspects of buying or selling a home.
