Riverside Drive, the entrance Road, forms a circle and extends to the back of the site with cul-de-sacs, and two cross roads joining the circle. The proposed 72 condominiums will be located in 3 story buildings with 24 units each. They will be located in the northeast corner of the site, behind the shopping center on Castle Hayne Road.
