Monica Rolquin, an experienced real estate Broker and licensed NC attorney, provides the highest level of professional services to her clients. A combination of 14 years in law practice and 13 years in the real estate business brings a unique perspective and an unparalleled combination of knowledge and expertise to the services she offers.

Monica was born and raised in London, England, She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and became an English Barrister. She subsequently moved to New York City and earned a Masters of Laws degree from Columbia Law School. From the early 80s to mid-90s she practiced commercial litigation in NYC with the well-known firms of Lord, Day & Lord, Barrett Smith and subsequently, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, achieving Partner status in both of them.

Monica began her real estate career in 1997 and today she applies her expertise for the benefit of her national and international clientele. To quote Monica: "My former career as a litigation attorney taught me to provide the highest level of service to my clients, to always act ethically and to pay attention to the details.
